To request deletion of your OurCast Live account and personal data, please contact support@ourcastlive.com with the subject line ‘Delete My Account.’
Delete Account Policy
At OurCast Live, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you choose to delete your account, here’s what happens:
What Will Be Deleted
All personal information (including your name, email, and profile details).
Your listening and broadcast history.
Any app preferences or saved sessions.
All active login sessions and access tokens.
Once deleted, this information is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be restored.
What We May Retain
Certain limited information may be kept even after account deletion to comply with legal, regulatory, and financial obligations, including:
Payment and transaction records for accounting, tax, and audit purposes.
Contracts or agreements tied to enterprise accounts or subscriptions.
Minimal security logs needed to prevent fraud, misuse, or abuse.
This retained information is stored securely, is not used for marketing or personalization, and cannot be used to recreate your account.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please email support@ourcastlive.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the following information:
Your full name.
The email address associated with your OurCast Live account.
Confirmation that you would like your account and associated personal data deleted.
We may reach out to verify your identity before completing the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
